How to check if the gas stove is leaking?

1. Prepare cleaning fluid and wet cloth.
2. Drop the cleaning fluid onto the cloth and rub it into foam.
3. Place foam on all connections for testing.
4.During the inspection process, no bubbles gradually increased or ruptured, proving that there is no gas leakage at the connection.If bubbles continue to appear and break, a gas leak is proved.

Causes and treatment of gas leakage:
1. The connection between the supply pipe and the metal gas pipe is not tight, the tie wire is loose or falling off, and the connection between the supply pipe is broken after aging.
Treatment method: replace the tie strap or replace the supply pipe.It should be noted that the supply pipe must be inserted into the metal gas pipe more than 1mm, and it is best to tie it twice.If the new gas pipe is harder, it can be softened with hot water first and then inserted into the metal pipe.
2. The rubber washer at the connection is broken or misaligned.Generally occurs after the ignition assembly is removed, no attention is paid to the correct position during installation, and a new rubber washer or re-installation is required.
3.Gas leakage will also occur at the welding point of the metal gas pipe and the joint on the ignition switch.The former requires replacing metal gas pipes or repairing welding leaks, while the latter can be treated with sealants.
